Design-to-Code Prototyping: Used v0 and React to create functional prototypes in days rather than months, allowing clinicians to test high-fidelity interactions in real-world environments immediately.

We pivoted the EHR strategy from a "Desktop-First" data entry tool to a "Mobile-First" Clinical Assistant. By focusing on the ergonomics of tablet-based care, we removed the technological barrier between the provider and the patient.
